Russia And China Investing $13 Billion Into An Airplane Project.

China/Russia Intend to invest $13 billion on a plane project which has been scheduled to forward into production during 2025.

Russia and China contemplate on the investment of  $13 billion upon a joint long-range passenger aircraft project.

Yury Slusar states 'the jumbo jet will be built in cooperation with the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (Comac) and financed by the two sides on an equal basis". 

Slusar said the plane will undergo its first test flight in 2021 and is expected to go into production in 2025.

The position of roles in the  joint cooperation can be denoted from Slusar speculation that "Russia may take on the manufacture of the airliner's composite wing, while China may build its fuselage". 

Regarding the manufacturing of the engine, production may be relied on an external source; Russia are not interested in production of engines of such.

The deals for modern transport helicopter and a passenger aircraft were inked Beijing on June 6, 2014.
