Milanka Opacic - Deputy Prime Minister States:

"We assess that this measure will be applicable to some 60,000 citizens," / "Thus they will be given a chance for a new start without a burden of debt."

In total about $31 million worth of debts are estimated to be scratched off by creditors. A program which can return bank accounts to about 19-20% of 317,000 Croatia's
(Entire population - 4.4 Million) which accounts were froze last year due to heavy debts.

As-well as erasing debt Milanovic’s government is contemplating on other methods to help advance its Croatia's debtors.
There are Plans to fix a favourable exchange rate for mortgage loans obtained in Swiss francs.

The Swiss currency has history of being popular among many loaners as it has a long-stability.
- Poland and Romania are considering moving the same chest piece but at this moment Croatia have amendments already in legislature.
